I have now been under the watchful eye of Hoi-Yi Ching for just over a year since the initial diagnosis. Accordingly I am now in a position to review my experience for the benefit of future patients that find themselves in her care. Firstly, and probably the most reassuring, is that she is thorough; she double checks and comes across as being genuinely concerned and determined to help to the best of her ability which is clearly considerable.
